Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following Return Policy carefully before submitting a return request.

By placing an order on our Site, you agree to the terms of this Return Policy.


1. Return Window

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we may not be able to accept your return, except where required by applicable law.


2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The item is returned in the original packaging, including tags, labels, and any accessories (if applicable)

  • You can provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or order number

Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper care, or not returned in their original condition may not qualify for a refund or replacement.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or special sale reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These may include (but are not limited to):

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Certain personal care items

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”, “Non-returnable”, or similar wording on the product page at the time of purchase

Please check the product description carefully before placing your order.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Defective

  • Not the item you ordered

please contact us as soon as possible at Support@ThriftyPlaza.com.

To help us assist you quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and the packaging

We will review your case and, if approved, may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution.


5. How to Start a Return

Before sending any items back, please contact us at:

In your email, please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos (if relevant, e.g. damage/defect)

We will reply with instructions on how and where to send your return.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

Please make sure your name and order number are clearly marked on or inside the package.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged or defective product), we may cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, depending on the situation.

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size or color selected, no longer wanted), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or as required by law.


7. Refunds for Returned Items

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • We will process a refund to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

We cannot issue refunds to a different card or payment method than the one originally used for the purchase.


8. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges for all items.
If you want a different size, color, or product, we recommend:

  1. Requesting a return for the original item (if eligible), and

  2. Placing a new order for the item you prefer.

In cases of defective or incorrect items, we may send a replacement directly, subject to product availability.


9. Orders Not Received / Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time based on our Shipping Policy, please contact us:

  1. First, check the tracking information, your mailbox, and with neighbors or your local post office.

  2. If you still cannot locate the package, email us at Support@ThriftyPlaza.com with your order number and tracking details.

We may open an inquiry with the shipping carrier.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as “delivered”, but we will do our best to assist you.


10. Order Processing Time & Order Cancellation

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Order Cancellation

We understand that you may change your mind after placing an order.

  • You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been shipped.

  • If your cancellation request is submitted before the order is shipped and within the 24-hour cancellation window, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • If the order has already been shipped, or if the 24-hour window has passed, we may not be able to cancel the order. In that case, you may follow this Return Policy to request a return after you receive the package.
