If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up the package, we may reship the order to a corrected address, but additional shipping fees may apply.

For packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received by you, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local post office.
